Bangkok Hospital, Chiang Mai

Today we visited Bangkok Hospital in Chiang Mai. This facility is only 5 years old. We were thoroughly impressed with how nice the hospital was, especially the patient rooms which is pictured above.  Each patient has a private room. This hospital is part of a private network of 45 hospitals throughout Thailand and Cambodia. Interestingly only 25% of the physicians are full time but the hospital has nearly every specialty available. Thai hospitality is held in the highest regard right behind patient care and it was evident in the way the staff interacted with us as well as the patients.
