Taste of Texas

Tonight Sam and I went to grab some comfort food to take a break from Thai food. As much as we all love Thai food it’s nice to switch it up every once in a while. We stumbled upon a place called “lone Star BBQ” which was a hole in the wall down a narrow street. The food was smoked to perfection and full of flavor. It even got a “one bite score” in the high 6’s. After a long day of hospital work and as a reward for our presentations, we finished the meal off with a delicious warm apple pie with vanilla ice cream on top!
