Lunch

For lunch we stopped at a restaurant that was under an old Thai house. It was built using teak wood. It was put together so beautifully and there was so much detail I can't even imagine how long it took to build. There is no air conditioning as it is open to the outside and we thought it was hot, but back in the day there was no electricity to be able to plug in a fan, which now there is!

The girls even got to dress up in Thai outfits, don't they look great?

After exploring the house we went downstairs to the restaurant and ate different dishes that are popular in Chiang Mai. I am not sure what the dishes were called but they all had pork, which is very popular here.
