Thai Cooking Experience

Yesterday we had the privilege of learning how to cook a variety of authentic Thai dishes. The day started with a trip to the local market where we learned about the ingredients we would use in the dishes. Afterwards we drove to the Asia Senic Cooking School where we each had the opportunity to cook our meals using traditional Thai ingredients and utilizing the methods currently used by cooks all around Thailand. It was an amazing experience that will never be forgotten!!
